Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme

To raise public awareness of colorectal cancer, the Government has launched the "Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme", which provides free subsidies for eligible Hong Kong residents aged 50 to 75 to first undergo a faecal occult blood test at designated primary care centres. If the result is positive, the Government will further subsidise the participant to undergo a colonoscopy.
